1. General Information

This privacy policy covers the physical board game Adventure in the Park®, this informational website, and the optional companion application available for mobile devices.

2. Website (aventuraenelparque.com)

This website is informational and promotional. In short, it:

• Uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregated visit statistics (see section 8)
• Uses Meta and TikTok pixels to measure how our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads perform, only if you accept marketing cookies in the cookie notice (see sections 2.1 and 8)
• Offers a voluntary form so we can notify you when the campaign launches (see section 4)
• Does NOT require registration or account creation
• Does NOT sell your personal data

The site is hosted on Netlify. You can review Netlify's privacy policy for information about their infrastructure.

2.1 Cookies and consent

The first time you visit, you will see a notice with two options: "Accept all" or "Essential only". No analytics or advertising cookies are activated until you choose.

• Essential storage (always active). We keep your language choice and your answer to the cookie notice in your browser's local storage. We also keep, for the current session only, the advertising campaign parameters you arrived with (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid or ttclid) so we can attach them if you choose to submit the form. This information is not shared with the ad platforms unless you accept marketing cookies.
• Analytics and marketing cookies (only with your consent). Google Analytics 4, the Meta pixel and the TikTok pixel. Google Analytics loads in a restricted, cookieless mode until you accept (Google Consent Mode v2); the Meta and TikTok pixels are not loaded at all.

You can change your decision at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, or by clearing site data for aventuraenelparque.com in your browser.

3. Physical Board Game

The board game Adventure in the Park® is a physical product that:

• Does NOT require an internet connection to play
• Does NOT collect any type of data
• Does NOT need registration or mandatory applications
• Works completely autonomously with its physical components

The entire game experience takes place at your table, with your friends and family, without any mandatory digital interaction.

4. Newsletter Subscription

If you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter through the website form:

• Data collected: Email address and language preference
• Purpose: Sending game news, launches, campaigns and events
• Legal basis: Your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR)
• Retention: Until you request removal or withdraw your consent
• Third-party sharing: Data will not be shared with third parties. The form is managed through Formspree (see third-party services section)
• Rights: You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to antonio.board.games@gmail.com

5. Playtest Feedback Form

If you participate in a game testing session and voluntarily fill out the feedback form:

• Data collected: Anonymous responses about your game experience. Optionally, your email if you wish to receive news
• Purpose: Improving the game design based on player experience
• Legal basis: Your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR)
• Retention: Anonymous responses are kept indefinitely for analysis. Email, if provided, is kept until you request removal
• Third-party sharing: Data will not be shared with third parties. The form is managed through Formspree

6. Image Rights Consent Form

If you voluntarily sign the image rights consent form during a demonstration session:

• Data collected: Full name, ID document number, email, event date and location. For minors: legal guardian details
• Purpose: Documenting the legal authorisation for the use of your image in promotional materials for the game
• Legal basis: Your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 1/1982
• Retention: While the authorisation remains in effect or until revocation
• Third-party sharing: Data will not be shared with third parties. The form is managed through Formspree
• Revocation: You may revoke the authorisation at any time by writing to antonio.board.games@gmail.com

7. Email Contact

If you voluntarily contact us at antonio.board.games@gmail.com:

• We will only use your email to respond to your inquiry
• We will not add your address to any marketing list
• We will not share your information with third parties
• You can request deletion of your correspondence at any time

8. Third-Party Services

Formspree

The subscription form uses Formspree as a form processing service. Formspree receives and forwards the form data (email and language). You can review Formspree's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics 4

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with the website. It collects aggregated information such as:

• Pages visited and time spent
• Country/region of origin (not exact location; the IP address is anonymised)
• Device type and browser
• Traffic source (how you reached the site, including the ad campaign)
• Specific interactions: playing the video, clicking the Instagram or notify-me buttons, and submitting the form

This information is aggregated and does not allow personal identification. Until you accept marketing cookies, Google Analytics runs without cookies via Google's Consent Mode v2. You can review Google's Privacy Policy or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Meta Pixel (Instagram and Facebook)

We are promoting the campaign with ads on Instagram and Facebook. To know which ads work, this site may load the Meta pixel, only if you accept marketing cookies. When active, Meta receives:

• That you visited this site and which pages (PageView event)
• Whether you played the campaign video (ViewContent)
• Whether you submitted the notify-me form (Lead)
• Whether you clicked the follow-us-on-Instagram button (custom event)
• Standard technical data: IP address, browser and the ad click identifier (fbclid)

We do not send Meta your email address or any form content — only the fact that a conversion happened. See Meta's Privacy Policy and its cookies terms.

TikTok Pixel

In the same way, to measure our TikTok ads this site may load the TikTok pixel, only if you accept marketing cookies. When active, TikTok receives the page visit (Pageview), the video play (ViewContent), the form submission (SubmitForm), clicks on the main buttons (ClickButton), standard technical data and the ad click identifier (ttclid). Your email is not sent either. See TikTok's Privacy Policy.

Netlify

This website is hosted on Netlify, which may collect basic technical server information (such as IP address and browser) according to their privacy policy.

International transfers

Google, Meta, TikTok, Formspree and Netlify are providers that may process data outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses), as declared by each provider in their own policies, linked above.

Amazon Web Services (App with AI enabled only)

If you use AI narration in the app, the game context is processed through Amazon Bedrock. See AWS Privacy Policy.

Google Play Store (App only)

If you download the app from Google Play, Google may collect installation data according to their own policy.

9. Security

• This website uses HTTPS for secure connections
• The app stores data in an encrypted local database
• Communications with AWS (if AI is used) via HTTPS
• We do not sell or monetise user information

10. Minors

The game is recommended for ages 7 and up. We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13. As we do not collect personal data from any user, we comply with COPPA and similar regulations.

11. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

• Access: All app data is on your device
• Erasure: Uninstall the app or clear game history
• Portability: Export your games from the app
• Objection: Disable AI narration at any time

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated through this website or via an app update.
